I've always seen myself as an artist. Creating art has always been my escape from reality, offering a way to express myself visually. Artistic expression came naturally to me, and it was something I felt confident in. This confidence led me to pursue a career in the arts. Although tattoos intrigued me, they weren’t something I was deeply familiar with growing up. I spent my time drawing, painting, and taking every art class I could. After high school, I decided to pursue a tattooing apprenticeship and was welcomed by Old School Tattoo & Piercing in 2016. There, I met incredible artists who introduced me to the culture, history, and deep appreciation of the craft. In 2019, my mentor and I opened The Parlour, and in 2024, I moved to Mecca Salon, where I currently tattoo.
